After receiving your order goods, if you are not satisfied or change your mind for any reason, the following terms and conditions apply:

To cancel your order you must notify San Games by email to patel0007@hotmail.com

If you cancel your order, but Sangames have already dispatched the product to you, then you must call the Customer Helpline on 07708 784412 to arrange a return, which will be at your cost and risk. Any products that have been opened will be non-refundable.

Delivery Charges

All orders are either dispatched by Royal Mail First Class recorded post or Business Post Courier. The customer will have to sign on receipt, we are fully responsible for the goods being delivered to you.
